Deine Aufgaben

* Mit deinem Know-how im Verkauf trägst du gemeinsam mit dem Team dazu bei, eine beratungsstarke und kund:innenfokussierte Atmosphäre auf der Fläche zu schaffen

* Sicherstellung eines ansprechenden Visual Merchandisings mit Fokus auf eine markengerechte Präsentation der Produkte

* Für einen reibungslosen Ablauf bei der Warenbearbeitung sorgen und eine strategische Produktplatzierung schaffen

* Die Ordnung und Sauberkeit auf der Fläche sicherstellen

* Das Team im Tagesgeschäft anleiten, motivieren und eine engagierte, kund:innennahe Teamkultur stärken

* Administrative Aufgaben übernehmen sowie interne Trainings begleiten, um operative Prozesse zu unterstützen und die Weiterentwicklung des Teams mitzugestalten

Unsere Anforderungen

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung und/oder gleichwertige Erfahrung im Verkauf von Vorteil

* Min. 2 Jahre Erfahrung im Verkauf von Streetwear, Schuhen, Sportartikel oder Accessoires

* Starkes Verkaufsinteresse kombiniert mit der Fähigkeit, Kund:innenbedürfnisse schnell zu erkennen und individuell darauf einzugehen

* Offenheit für Neues sowie der Wunsch, sich stetig weiterzuentwickeln und zur Optimierung des Arbeitsumfelds beizutragen

* Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sowie Kritik- und Konfliktfähigkeit

* Eigenverantwortung und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

* Gute Kenntnisse der jeweiligen Landessprache sowie Englisch in Wort und Schrift

* Hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit

* Interesse an unseren Kernsportarten, an aktuellen Szene-Trends und fundiertes Produktwissen von Vorteil

* Das Mindestentgelt nach dem geltenden Kollektivvertrag beträgt 2.633,67 Euro brutto pro Monat (Vollzeit, 40 Wochenstunden). Die tatsächliche Vergütung orientiert sich selbstverständlich an Deinen individuellen Qualifikationen und Deiner positionsrelevanten Berufserfahrung.
