En tant que Floor Manager/Responsable de salle (h/f/x), vous êtes le visage de KLINE, le chef d'orchestre du service et le lien direct avec la communauté.

Vos principales responsabilités sont : - Service et cuisine ouverte : animer et gérer les services en salle, assurer la fluidité du concept de sharing food et collaborer étroitement avec l'équipe de la cuisine ouverte afin de garantir une expérience client dynamique. - Événements : seconder Tim Siaens, Manager du restaurant, dans la conception, l'organisation logistique et l'animation des événements : privatisations, pop-ups, collaborations et activités de la communauté Teddy Picker. - Management : encadrer, former et motiver l'équipe de salle (flexis, étudiants et commis), participer à la gestion des plannings et favoriser une dynamique d'équipe positive et rigoureuse. - Bar et cave : valoriser la carte des boissons, notamment les vins naturels et les cocktails créatifs, et participer à la gestion des stocks en collaboration avec l'équipe.

- Vous disposez d'une expérience réussie en tant que Responsable de salle, Premier Chef de Rang ou Floor Manager dans un lieu hybride, un bistrot contemporain ou un établissement dynamique. - Vous êtes organisé(e), au fait des tendances de la scène bruxelloise et enthousiaste à l'idée de contribuer à la vie du lieu au-delà des services classiques. - Vous avez le sens du détail, un charisme naturel, une bonne résistance au stress lors des périodes de forte affluence et une passion pour l'hospitalité décontractée. - Néerlandais : excellente maîtrise / courant - priorité n° 1. - Anglais : requis et indispensable dans les contacts quotidiens avec la clientèle. - Français : bon niveau oral nécessaire pour le service et les échanges avec l'équipe.

- CDI à temps plein. - Horaire du mardi soir au samedi soir. - 2,5 jours de repos consécutifs : dimanche, lundi et mardi midi. - Poste clé et polyvalent au sein du projet KLINE / Teddy Picker à Dansaert. - Collaboration directe avec la direction sur le volet événementiel. - Environnement de travail stimulant au sein d'une équipe engagée et passionnée. - Rémunération attractive, adaptée à l'expérience et aux responsabilités.
