Daarom zoeken we een Floormanager die leiding geeft vanuit rust, vertrouwen en betrokkenheid. De beste service voelt vanzelfsprekend. Niet omdat alles vanzelf gaat. Maar omdat iemand overzicht houdt. Iemand die ziet wat er nodig is voordat iemand erom vraagt. Die collega's vertrouwen geeft. En ervoor zorgt dat iedere gast zich welkom voelt, zonder dat het gemaakt aanvoelt. Een goede avond bestaat uit honderden kleine momenten. Een warme begroeting. Een tafel die precies op tijd klaarstaat. Een collega die nét op het juiste moment hulp krijgt. Een glas wijn dat wordt ingeschonken voordat erom gevraagd hoeft te worden. Als Floormanager zie jij al die momenten. Je bewaakt het tempo, brengt rust en zorgt ervoor dat het team als één geheel samenwerkt. Wat ga je precies doen? Jij zorgt ervoor dat... Je bent zichtbaar op de vloer, ondersteunt collega's waar nodig en bewaakt de kwaliteit van de service.
