Beschrijving Als Floor Manager bij Hotel Vianen werk je samen met de andere leidinggevenden aan een vlot en efficiënt verloop van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden. Iedere dag is anders: je bent actief aanwezig op de werkvloer, bewaart het overzicht en staat klaar voor zowel gasten als collega's. Met jouw gastvrije houding en coachende aanpak weet je het team te enthousiasmeren en te ondersteunen. Je zorgt ervoor dat collega's optimaal kunnen presteren en dat gasten iedere keer weer kunnen rekenen op persoonlijke en professionele service. Samen met het team creëer je elke dag een warme, gastvrije en kwalitatieve ervaring. Waar kom je te werken? Valk Exclusief Hotel Vianen is al decennia een begrip in de regio Utrecht. Het hotel heeft 202 luxe hotelkamers en suites, en een uitgebreide fitness en wellness met zwembad. Het hotel heeft een à la carte restaurant met 400 zitplekken, waar gasten van ontbijt, lunch en diner kunnen genieten. Hotel Vianen heeft daarnaast het live-cooking restaurant met 450 zitplekken waar iedere zondag gasten smullen van de brunch en live-cooking buffetten. Ook heeft Hotel Vianen een grote meeting en conference afdeling. Met 30 zalen waarbij zowel zakelijke meetings als grote borrels en partijen gehouden kunnen worden. Wie ben jij?
