FUNCTIE OMSCHRIJVING

Ben jij een nauwkeurige en gedreven logistieke kracht met ervaring op de heftruck en reachtruck? Werk je graag in een dynamische productieomgeving waar teamwork centraal staat? Dan is deze functie iets voor jou!

Als Foliebeheerder speel je een cruciale rol in het logistieke proces en zorg je ervoor dat de productie vlot kan blijven draaien.

Jouw takenpakket

Stock- en foliebeheer

  • Beheren van de folievoorraad binnen de productie
  • Klaarzetten en correct terugplaatsen van folies
  • Opvolgen van stockniveaus en melden van afwijkingen
  • Uitvoeren van maandelijkse tellingen (folies en meststoffen)
  • Signaleren van tekorten en ondersteuning bieden aan de productieplanning

Administratie & opvolging

  • Correct invullen en dagelijks doorgeven van administratieve documenten
  • Voorbereiden van interne en intercompany verkopen

Kwaliteit & afvalbeheer

  • Toepassen en opvolgen van kwaliteitsnormen
  • Respecteren van afvalbeheerprocedures
  • Beheer van restpaletten

Logistieke ondersteuning

  • Klaarzetten van stalen en beursmateriaal
  • Ondersteunen bij diverse logistieke taken binnen de productie

PROFIEL Jouw profiel

  • Diploma secundair onderwijs of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Goede kennis Nederlands en basiskennis Engels
  • Basiskennis van PC en Microsoft 365
  • In het bezit van een geldig heftruck- én reachtruckattest
  • Ervaring in een logistieke of magazijnomgeving is een plus
  • Nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en een echte teamplayer
