Vrijwilliger Coördinator Voor onze Stichting zijn wij voor onze organisatie op zoek naar een coördinator. Stichting The Melting Shop heeft een mooie groei doorgemaakt en wij zoeken iemand die verantwoordelijkheid wil nemen om onze organisatie verder te laten ontwikkelen, samen met het team. Stichting The Melting Shop maakt zich sterk voor de talenten van mensen met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt. Ons team is hecht en divers en bestaat uit ontwerpers, stagiaires, vrijwilligers, statushouders en mensen die om wat voor reden dan ook niet kunnen deelnemen aan het reguliere arbeidsproces. Samen maken wij van gebruikte denim, banners en vlaggen o.a. kleding, tassen en accessoires in ons sociale atelier. Deze producten met een verhaal verkopen wij o.a. in onze winkel in het centrum van Gouda. Wat ga je doen? Je coördineert hulpvragen richting de oplossing, je zoekt en stuurt vrijwilligers aan, onderhoudt contacten met het lokale maatschappelijk werk en bent een enthousiaste ambassadeur van het werk. Kortom: een mooie en veelzijdige functie. Wat vragen wij van jou?
