The posting

Le Centre de Qualification Professionnelle (CQP) recherche actuellement un formateur (h/f/x) motivé pour animer une formation en agent de voyage à Namur.

En tant que formateur, vous animez les séances de formation et transmettez vos connaissances de manière claire et pédagogique.

  • Posséder une expérience minimum de 3 ans dans le domaine du tourisme, des agences de voyages, de la vente de voyages, de la réservation touristique, de la conception de séjours ou de l'accompagnement des voyageurs ;
  • Avoir de très bonnes connaissances en français, à l'écrit comme à l'oral, ainsi qu'une bonne aisance en communication et en transmission des connaissances ;
  • Maîtriser les outils bureautiques, Internet, les logiciels de réservation, les systèmes de réservation informatisés (GDS), les outils de recherche tarifaire, les plateformes touristiques, les outils de présentation et les supports pédagogiques numériques ;
  • Être capable de transmettre des connaissances dans le domaine du voyage et du tourisme de manière claire, structurée, pratique et pédagogique ;
  • Avoir des compétences en conseil et vente de voyages, réservation de billets d'avion et de transport, hébergement, forfaits touristiques, organisation de circuits et séjours, tarification, itinéraires, assurances voyage, formalités administratives et de voyage, conditions de réservation et d'annulation, relation client et gestion des demandes ;
  • Être capable d'accompagner les apprenants dans la découverte des fondamentaux du métier d'agent de voyage, l'analyse des besoins des clients, la recherche et la sélection d'offres, la construction d'un séjour, l'utilisation des outils de réservation, la présentation d'une offre touristique, la gestion des réservations et le suivi client ;
  • Être capable d'animer des séances pratiques sur place à travers des démonstrations, exercices de réservation, mises en situation, études de cas, jeux de rôle et retours personnalisés ;
  • Avoir des compétences en communication, écoute active, sens commercial, relation client, pédagogie, organisation, rigueur, réactivité, gestion du temps, gestion des imprévus, travail en équipe et accompagnement personnalisé ;
  • Une expérience en formation, en agence de voyages, en tourisme, en réservation, en vente de voyages, en conception de séjours ou en accompagnement pédagogique constitue un atout ;
  • Une bonne connaissance des destinations touristiques, des produits et services de voyage, des réglementations applicables et des tendances du secteur touristique constitue également un atout.
  • Un contrat sous statut indépendant ;
  • Des horaires flexibles adaptés au planning des cours ;
  • Un environnement de travail dynamique au sein du campus ;
  • Une collaboration enrichissante avec des étudiants motivés.
