Wir suchen zur Verstärkung 1 Former/in und Gießer/in (Metall und Eisen) Ihre Aufgaben

Stahl. Technik. Leidenschaft. Als Gießer_in oder Former_in beweist du täglich Stärke, Präzision und Teamgeist. Dein Platz ist nicht am Rand, sondern mitten im Geschehen!

Zeig, was in dir steckt und forme die Zukunft der Industrie.

* Herstellung und Vorbereitung von Formen für hochwertige Stahlgusskomponenten

* Einformen von Modellen sowie Nachbearbeitung und Ausarbeitung von Gussformen

* Vorbereitung des Gießprozesses

* Überwachung, Bedienung und Pflege von Produktions- und Formereianlagen

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Produktionsablaufs

* Laufende Kontrolle und Sicherung der Produktqualität und Produktivität

* Mitarbeit bei Verbesserungsmaßnahmen in der Produktion

* Qualität und Arbeitssicherheit

* Unterstützung bei Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten im Produktionsbereich

* Einhaltung von Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards

* Bereitschaft zur Mitarbeit im 3-Schichtbetrieb

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene technische oder handwerkliche Ausbildung (z. B. Metalltechnik, Maschinenbautechnik, Schlosser_in, Maschinenbediener_in, Mechatronik, Gießereitechnik oder vergleichbares)

* Berufserfahrung im Produktionsumfeld von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend erforderlich

* Technisches Verständnis und handwerkliches Geschick

* Selbstständige, sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb

* Freude an praktischer Arbeit in einem industriellen Umfeld

Auch Quereinsteiger_innen mit technischer Ausbildung und Produktionspraxis sind herzlich willkommen. Eine fundierte Einschulung und Einarbeitung wird gewährleistet.
