De verantwoordelijkheden voor deze functie zijn:

  • Je coördineert en plant zendingen met een focus op zee- en luchtvracht, waarbij je de operationele processen nauwlettend opvolgt. 📦
  • Je communiceert effectief met scheepsagenturen, transporteurs en klanten en zorgt dat alle afspraken en documentatie correct worden afgehandeld.
  • Je identificeert de beste transportmodi en zoekt actief naar oplossingen die voldoen aan de cliëntbehoeften en kosten-efficiënt zijn. 💼
  • Je onderneemt proactief salesactiviteiten en breidt het klantennetwerk uit door oplossen van problemen en onderhandelen bij complexe zendingen.
  • Je zorgt voor een nauwkeurige registratie van alle administratieve en financiële transacties, met oog voor resultaatgerichtheid en integriteit.
  • Je werkt onder druk in een dynamische omgeving en beheert meerdere expeditiedossiers gelijktijdig met een hoge mate van nauwkeurigheid. 🕑

De vereiste kwalificaties zijn:

  • Je hebt een uitgebreide kennis van zee- en luchtvracht, inclusief douanezaken en gerelateerde documentatie. 🌐✉️
  • Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk, en kunt je duidelijk uitdrukken in een professionele omgeving.
  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële drive en bent kostenbewust met een goede resultaatgerichtheid. 💰
  • Je beschikt over goede rekenkundige vaardigheden en integriteit om met grote bedragen en belangrijke gegevens om te gaan.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, flexibel onder druk, en hebt goede communicatievaardigheden via telefonie en e-mail.
  • Je bent bekend met IT-applicaties en kunt vlot werken met verschillende software in een logistieke omgeving. 📱
