The posting

Voor een internationaal actief bedrijf met een uitgebreide Europese structuur zijn wij op zoek naar een FP&A Analyst. Binnen deze functie vorm je een belangrijke schakel tussen finance en de verschillende businessactiviteiten. Je analyseert financiële prestaties, ondersteunt de organisatie bij budgetten en forecasts en vertaalt complexe cijfers naar duidelijke inzichten voor management. Daarnaast krijg je de ruimte om mee te bouwen aan een verdere professionalisering van rapportering, financiële processen en data analyse.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je staat in voor de opmaak en analyse van maandelijkse financiële rapporteringen
  • Je analyseert onder andere P&L's, balansgegevens, kostenstructuren, rendabiliteit en financiële KPI's
  • Je ondersteunt het jaarlijkse budgetproces en werkt actief mee aan de verschillende forecastcycli
  • Je volgt financiële prestaties op en analyseert afwijkingen ten opzichte van budgetten en forecasts
  • Je werkt samen met verschillende afdelingen bij het opstellen van financiële plannen en prognoses
  • Je ondersteunt de maandelijkse financiële opvolging binnen Sales & Operations Planning
  • Je stelt wekelijkse cashflowprognoses op en analyseert de financiële impact van operationele ontwikkelingen
  • Je vertaalt financiële data naar duidelijke inzichten en concrete aanbevelingen voor de business
  • Je werkt samen met accounting en operationele teams om een correcte en consistente managementrapportering te garanderen
  • Je denkt actief mee over de verdere optimalisatie van financiële processen, rapporteringen en systemen

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma binnen Finance, Accounting, Economie of een gelijkaardige richting
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen FP&A, controlling, finance of accounting
  • Je beschikt over sterke analytische vaardigheden en krijgt energie van het werken met financiële data
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van Excel en bent vertrouwd met financiële analyses en rapporteringen
  • Ervaring met Power BI, SAP of andere reportingtools vormt een belangrijke meerwaarde
  • Je bent in staat om financiële informatie te vertalen naar heldere inzichten en concrete acties
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en weet verschillende deadlines efficiënt te beheren
  • Je beschikt over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en werkt vlot samen met zowel finance als niet financiële stakeholders
