Sterke financiële sturing begint bij inzicht. In deze rol draait het om het analyseren van prestaties, het opbouwen van betrouwbare forecasts en het vertalen van cijfers naar onderbouwde beslissingen die impact hebben op de Europese business.

De omgeving is internationaal en productiegedreven, met complexe financiële stromen en nauwe samenwerking tussen finance, operations en supply chain. Financiële planning en analyse vormen er een cruciale hefboom om groei, efficiëntie en rendabiliteit te ondersteunen.

Als FP&A Senior Finance Analyst maak je deel uit van het Europese FP&A-team en speel je een actieve rol in rapportering, budgettering en forecasting. De functie combineert analytische diepgang met samenwerking en biedt zichtbaarheid richting management en business stakeholders.

FP&A Finance Analyst - Functieomschrijving:

  • Het opstellen en analyseren van financiële rapportering zoals P&L, KPI's, SG&A-kosten en business unit-prestaties, met heldere duiding voor management en interne stakeholders.
  • Het ondersteunen en mee vormgeven van budget- en forecastprocessen, inclusief jaarlijkse budgetten, kwartaalforecasts en maandelijkse S&OP-cycli in samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen.
  • Het leveren van financiële inzichten via cashflowprognoses, ad-hoc analyses, business cases en projectondersteuning, met actieve bijdrage aan proces- en rapporteringsverbeteringen.

FP&A Finance Analyst - Profiel:

  • Een solide financiële achtergrond met een master in finance, accounting, economie of gelijkaardig, aangevuld met minstens vijf jaar ervaring binnen finance, controlling of FP&A.
  • Sterke analytische vaardigheden en vlotte beheersing van Excel, met ervaring of affiniteit met reporting- en planningssystemen zoals Power BI, SAP of gelijkaardige tools.
  • Een gestructureerde en communicatieve werkstijl, met het vermogen om complexe financiële data om te zetten naar duidelijke en bruikbare inzichten.
