Binnen een groeiende en innovatieve groep gespecialiseerd in duurzame leidingrenovatie krijg je als FP&A Manager een sleutelrol in het vertalen van financiële data naar strategische inzichten. De functie van FP&A Manager combineert financiële analyse, forecasting, rapportering en business partnering. Als FP&A Manager werk je nauw samen met management en directie en ondersteun je de verdere professionalisering van de financiële processen binnen de verschillende entiteiten.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Maandelijkse management‑ en boardrapportering coördineren en opstellen voor alle vennootschappen binnen de groep.
  • Financiële en operationele resultaten analyseren en vertalen naar trends, afwijkingen, risico’s en opportuniteiten.
  • Budgetten, forecasts en performanceprocessen verder ontwikkelen en opvolgen.
  • Cashflowprognoses opstellen en de belangrijkste cashdrivers en liquiditeit bewaken.
  • Rendabiliteit, cashflow en financiële KPI’s opvolgen en tijdig aandachtspunten signaleren.
  • Management en directie ondersteunen bij strategische beslissingen, investeringen en businesscases via scenario‑analyses.
  • Kwaliteit en consistentie van financiële en operationele data bewaken over alle entiteiten heen.
  • Rapportering, dashboards en financiële processen verder professionaliseren en automatiseren via BI‑ en rapporteringstools.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen FP&A, controlling, reporting of business finance.
  • Sterke kennis van cashflow, forecasting, budgettering en financiële rapportering.
  • Ervaring met management‑ en boardrapportering.
  • Analytisch sterk en in staat om cijfers te vertalen naar heldere inzichten en acties.
  • Bruggenbouwer die vlot samenwerkt met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Initiatiefnemend en gericht op optimalisatie en automatisering.
  • Communicatief sterk en resultaatgericht.
