Waarom zoeken wij een leerkracht Frans

Campus Kompas is een jonge school in volle groei! Wij bestaan nog maar 5 schooljaren, en rollen in 26-27 ons laatste jaar uit! Daardoor gaan wij elk schooljaar op zoek naar nieuwe leerkrachten om ons pedagogisch project verder te ontwikkelen. Door een last minute afzegging zijn wij voor dit volledige schooljaar op zoek naar een leerkracht Frans.

Wie zijn wij?

Onze school zorgt voor een zachte overgang tussen basis- en secundair onderwijs, wil jongeren van 10 tot 18 jaar samenbrengen en hen met concreet onderwijs en volgens de vier hoofdprincipes (zelfstandigheid, samenwerken, talent en verbindende communicatie) stimuleren om het beste uit zichzelf te halen.

We staan voor een open leercultuur waarbij we ervaringsgericht te werk gaan. Een open dialoog is erg belangrijk op Campus Kompas. Maar dat steeds in combinatie met duidelijkheid en structuur.

Op Campus Kompas zijn ook de leerkrachten belangrijk. De vier kernprincipes worden eveneens van de leerkrachten verwacht: je werkt samen met de collega’s van het basis en het secundair, je communiceert op een verbindende manier, je zet je onderwijstalent maar ook je persoonlijk talent in waar nodig én je kan zelfstandig aan de slag zonder het geheel uit het oog te verliezen.

Daarnaast is het van groot belang dat je open staat voor een grootstedelijke context. Wij houden van het diverse Brussel. Diversiteit is dus geen modewoord voor jou maar een manier van kijken naar de wereld waarin onze tieners opgroeien.

Inhoud van de job:

- 3 klassen in het vierde middelbaar

- 5 klassen in het vijfde middelbaar

- 5 klassen in het zesde middelbaar

- 1 uur klascoach in een betaalde opdracht

- verschillende parallellessen in de dubbele en doorstroom finaliteit

In het bezit zijn van een pedagogisch bekwaamheidsbewijs of bereid zijn dit te behalen.
