In jouw rol ga je aan de slag met het opsporen van verdachte transacties. Hier zijn drie vragen om te overwegen:

Heb je ervaring met het analyseren van financiële gegevens?

Ben je in staat om snel beslissingen te nemen in stressvolle situaties?

Heb je een scherp oog voor detail?

Als je meerdere vragen met 'ja' kunt beantwoorden, dan ben je misschien wel de ideale kandidaat! Als fraudeanalist werk je nauw samen met ons team van experts en lever je een belangrijke bijdrage aan de beveiliging van onze klanten.

Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

  • Je onderzoekt verdachte transacties met behulp van onze geavanceerde interne software.
  • Bij het opsporen van frauduleuze activiteiten neem je direct actie om schade te voorkomen.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten over mogelijke bankfraude en phishing in ons supportteam.
  • Door analytische monitoring van transacties help je niet alleen fraude te voorkomen, maar ontdek je ook nieuwe fraudetrends.
  • Je voorkomt verlies voor de klant door snel en doeltreffend te reageren.

Herken jij jezelf in de volgende punten?

  • Je hebt een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en kunt zelfstandig werken, ook vanuit huis.
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal perfect en kunt je goed uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je gaat discreet om met gevoelige informatie; geheimhouding en professionaliteit zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je bent klantgericht, hebt een grote verantwoordelijkheidszin en blijft kalm onder druk.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare affiniteit met de IT-sector of ervaring in de banksector.
