Onze klant in de regio Mol is een groeiende organisatie met verschillende entiteiten en een ambitieuze financewerking. Om het financiële team tijdelijk te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Freelance Boekhouder. In deze opdracht combineer je een hands-on boekhoudkundige rol met het optimaliseren van financiële processen.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar je snel verantwoordelijkheid krijgt en meteen impact kan maken. Naast de dagelijkse boekhouding denk je mee na over hoe processen efficiënter kunnen en ondersteun je het team bij de voorbereiding van een nieuwe ERP-omgeving.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige verwerking van verschillende entiteiten.
  • Je verwerkt aankoop- en verkoopfacturen en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie.
  • Je volgt openstaande klanten op en ondersteunt het debiteurenbeheer.
  • Je verwerkt financiële transacties en staat in voor diverse algemene boekhoudkundige taken.
  • Je ondersteunt het Finance-team bij de maandelijkse financiële opvolging en springt bij waar extra ondersteuning nodig is.
  • Je controleert financiële gegevens en zorgt ervoor dat de beschikbare data correct en volledig is.
  • Je analyseert bestaande financiële processen en detecteert waar efficiënter of slimmer gewerkt kan worden.
  • Je ondersteunt de verdere digitalisering en optimalisatie van financiële processen.
  • Je werkt mee aan de voorbereiding van een nieuwe ERP-omgeving en zorgt mee voor een correcte structuur en verwerking van financiële data.
  • Je denkt actief mee over verbeteringen en helpt deze ook praktisch te implementeren.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je behaalde je diploma in een financiële richting of beschikt over relevante ervaring.
  • Je hebt een stevige boekhoudkundige basis en kan snel zelfstandig aan de slag.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur ervaring met een brede boekhoudkundige verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en houdt gemakkelijk het overzicht.
  • Je combineert een hands-on mentaliteit met een pragmatische en oplossingsgerichte aanpak.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en/of ERP-implementaties is een sterke troef.
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid en communiceert proactief met collega's en stakeholders.
