The posting

Voor een grote Belgische retailorganisatie zoeken we een ervaren freelancer die events van A tot Z organiseert en commerciële incentives voor zelfstandige winkelpartners opvolgt.

Je start zo snel mogelijk en de opdracht loopt minstens tot eind 2026.

Je eerste grote project is een tweedaags strategisch evenement op 19 en 20 november, met ongeveer 1.000 deelnemers per dag. Overdag zijn er strategische sessies; 's avonds volgen diners.

Daarnaast start je de voorbereidingen voor een Food Market in maart.

Je werkt in een team van negen collega's binnen Interne & Affiliate Communicatie.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je neemt de volledige organisatie van events in handen: concept, planning, communicatie, leveranciers, logistiek en uitvoering ter plaatse.
  • Je coördineert het evenement in november voor winkelpartners en interne supportteams. Je bewaakt de samenhang tussen programma, locatie, uitnodigingen, praktische organisatie en avondprogramma.
  • Je zet de eerste stappen voor de Food Market in maart en brengt planning en afhankelijkheden tussen teams in kaart.
  • Je organiseert en communiceert commerciële wedstrijden en incentives voor winkelpartners. Je volgt het proces op en verzamelt de resultaten.
  • Je beheert een belangrijk eventbudget en onderhandelt met eventbureaus en leveranciers.
  • Op eventdagen ben je aanwezig, los je problemen op wanneer ze zich voordoen en zorg je dat het programma vlot verloopt.
  • Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het zelfstandig organiseren van grotere events.
  • Je kunt het overzicht bewaren, maar neemt ook zelf de praktische uitvoering vast.
  • Je plant gestructureerd, onderhandelt stevig en blijft oplossingsgericht wanneer er tijdens een event iets verandert.
  • Je communiceert mondeling vlot in het Nederlands en Frans; je moet je in beide talen kunnen behelpen op de werkvloer.
  • Ervaring in retail of met een netwerk van winkels of zelfstandige partners is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent beschikbaar op de eventdagen, ook voor de diners die tot ongeveer 23.00 uur kunnen duren. Er is geen weekendwerk.
