  • Je maakt je lessen interactief en afwisselend, zodat deelnemers aan de opleidingen nieuwe kennis, vaardigheden en attitudes verwerven en kunnen toepassen in de praktijk.
  • Je maakt gebruik van relevante (digitale) werkvormen om de leerervaring te verbeteren en creëert op die manier betrokkenheid.
  • Je ontwikkelt lesmateriaal (hand-outs, online content, praktische oefeningen) en/of zorgt ervoor dat het beschikbare lesmateriaal up-to-date en relevant is voor de doelgroep.
  • Je co-creëert nieuwe opleidingen in de sector met de sectorverantwoordelijke en/of mededocenten.
  • Je coacht cursisten gedurende de opleiding zodat ze hun doelen (be)halen.

Hoe ziet de lesopdracht eruit?

  • Doelgroep: varieert volgens de aangeboden opleiding.
  • Lesmoment: overdag en/of ’s avonds
  • Leslocatie: West- en /of Oost-Vlaanderen
  • De lesinhouden worden besproken in de loop van het selectieproces.

Heb jij...

  • aantoonbare praktijkervaring als BIM-modelleur, bouwkundig tekenaar, technisch tekenaar, architect, BIM-coördinator of een gelijkaardige functie.
  • een grondige kennis van Autodesk Revit en de manier waarop deze software wordt ingezet binnen een professioneel BIM-workflow?
  • een open leerhouding en inlevingsvermogen in mensen in verschillende fasen van het leerproces? Een pedagogisch diploma is GEEN must, enige ervaring met lesgeven/spreken voor een groep is een pluspunt.
