  • Lead, coach, and support team members in their professional growth and development.
  • Build and maintain a high-performing team through recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, and retention initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure effective team delivery by managing capacity, workload, planning, and operational effectiveness.

  • Experience working in Agile, technical, engineering, or other multidisciplinary environments.
  • Ability to balance people management, operational delivery, and organizational priorities while adapting to change.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of French is considered an asset.
