Jobomschrijving

USG Professionals is op zoek naar een Freelance Senior Business Controller / Finance Business Partner voor onze klant in regio Brussel.

Binnen het Budget & Controlling team ben je verantwoordelijk voor de budgettaire opvolging van verschillende afdelingen. Je fungeert als financiële sparringpartner voor het management en vertaalt financiële analyses naar concrete inzichten en aanbevelingen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Opstellen en opvolgen van jaarlijkse budgetten en periodieke forecasts.
  • Analyseren van afwijkingen tussen actuals, budgetten en forecasts.
  • Identificeren van de onderliggende oorzaken van financiële afwijkingen.
  • Kritisch evalueren van budgetvoorstellen en bijkomende financieringsbehoeften.
  • Adviseren en challengen van budgetverantwoordelijken en senior management.
  • Financiële opvolging en rapportering via SAP, inclusief cost centers, profit centers, internal orders en WBS-elementen.
  • Ondersteunen van managementbeslissingen door middel van betrouwbare financiële analyses.

Must haves:

  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring als Business Controller.
  • Masterdiploma in economie, finance of management.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met budgettering, forecasting, financiële rapportering en variantieanalyses.
  • Sterke kennis van SAP en analytische kostenstructuren.
  • Gevorderde Excel-kennis, waaronder draaitabellen en VLOOKUP.
  • Ervaring binnen grote, complexe organisaties.
  • Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en inzicht hebben in bedrijfsprocessen.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands of Frans, met een goede kennis van de andere landstaal.

Nice to haves:

  • Ervaring met SAP S/4HANA.
  • Ervaring binnen de energie- of nutssector, bij voorkeur een distributienetbeheerder.
  • Ervaring in samenwerking met senior management.
