Functieomschrijving Als frezer bij NTS Norma Drachten krijg je alle ruimte om zelfstandig onze 5-assige CNC-freesmachines (Yasda, Kern en Mikron) te bedienen én te programmeren. Je werkt met TopSolid 7 of programmeert direct aan de Heidenhain- of Fanuc-besturing. Jij zorgt dat alles tot op 4 micron nauwkeurig wordt gefreesd, of het nu om enkelstuks of kleine series gaat. Je dag bestaat uit opspanningen voorbereiden, gereedschappen en materialen controleren aan de hand van technische tekeningen, en natuurlijk precisiewerk leveren. Je meet zelf je werk na en bewaakt de hoogste kwaliteit voor onze klanten. Je werkt in 2-ploegendienst (6.00-14.30 uur of 14.15-23.00 uur, vrijdag tot 21.45 uur). Je overlegt met collega's, maar regelt je eigen programmering en instelling. Jij bent dé CNC specialist die van afwisseling en uitdaging houdt. Functie-eisen Jij bent een frezer die houdt van precisie, zelfstandig werken en technische uitdagingen. Je hebt al ervaring met 5-assige CNC-freesmachines en programmeren in CAM (liefst TopSolid). Je begrijpt technische tekeningen in het Nederlands en vindt het geen probleem om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken. Je werkt graag samen, maar durft ook je eigen verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Je woont binnen 40 km van Drachten en hebt minimaal mbo werk- en denkniveau. Hard requirements: - Mbo werk- en denkniveau - 2 tot 10 jaar ervaring als frezer/CNC draaier/metaalbewerker - Ervaring met 5-assige CNC-freesmachines - Ervaring met programmeren in CAM (liefst TopSolid) - Bereidheid tot 2-ploegendienst - Goede beheersing van Nederlands in woord en geschrift - Maximaal 40 km woon-werkafstand Drachten Arbeidsvoorwaarden - Salaris tot €4.200 per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring - 8% vakantiegeld en een goede pensioenregeling - Reiskostenvergoeding - Veel opleidingsmogelijkheden en kans om door te groeien - Werken met de nieuwste 5-assige CNC-machines - Vaste baan bij een stabiel bedrijf - Moderne, schone en veilige...
