For our Radisson Hotel in Lustenau, we are looking for a motivated and outgoing team member to join us as a Front Office Agent (m/f/d), welcoming our guests at reception and supporting them throughout their stay.

Your Responsibilities

* Welcoming our guests and handling check-in and check-out.

* Being the first point of contact for questions, requests and recommendations.

* Serving drinks and supporting our guests throughout their stay.

* Helping to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere.

* Supporting the daily hotel operations and taking ownership of your tasks.

What You Bring

* You enjoy working with people and have a genuine passion for hospitality.

* A friendly, confident and well-groomed appearance.

* Reliability and a strong team spirit.

* Good German skills; additional languages are a plus.

* Experience in hospitality is great, but not a must - personality matters!
