Voor een internationaal productiebedrijf binnen de metaalsector in regio Kruisem gaan we op zoek naar een Front Office & Customer Service Medewerker.

Je komt terecht in een dynamische werkomgeving waar geen enkele dag dezelfde is. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, bezoekers en collega's en zorgt ervoor dat alles achter de schermen vlot blijft draaien. Dankzij de open sfeer en korte communicatielijnen voel je je hier snel thuis.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je zorgt voor een warm onthaal van bezoekers en bent een vertrouwd aanspreekpunt voor klanten met vragen over hun bestelling
  • Van zodra een order binnenkomt, neem jij het verder in handen en zorg je ervoor dat alles correct verwerkt wordt
  • Samen met collega's van sales, logistiek en productie houd je de dagelijkse flow draaiende en zorg je ervoor dat klanten krijgen wat beloofd werd
  • Administratie zie je niet als een last, maar als een manier om structuur te brengen en alles overzichtelijk te houden
  • Loopt iets niet zoals gepland? Dan ga je op zoek naar een oplossing en denk je actief mee over hoe processen nog beter kunnen verlopen
  • Een eerste ervaring binnen administratie, customer service, sales support of orderverwerking is mooi meegenomen
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans vormt een extra troef
  • Nauwkeurig werken zit in jouw DNA en ook tijdens drukke momenten behoud je moeiteloos het overzicht
  • Je bent positief ingesteld, leert snel nieuwe systemen aan en neemt graag initiatief om zaken correct af te ronden
