Arbeitsort: Radisson Hotel Graz, Annenstraße 67, 8020 Graz

Als Front Office Host (m/w/d) bringst Du ein herausragendes Maß an Engagement, einen Fokus auf exzellenten Service und eine echte Leidenschaft für die Schaffung positiver Gästeerlebnisse in das dynamische Front Office Team ein.

* Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse

* Erfahrung im Front Office von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

Aufgaben

* Durchführung von Check-ins und Check-outs während der Nacht

* Ansprechpartner für Gäste in den Nachtstunden

* Durchführung von Tagesabschlüssen und Kontrolltätigkeiten

* Bearbeitung von Gästewünschen und Anfragen

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Hotelbetriebs während der Nacht

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Abteilungen
