FUNCTIE

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers op ons hoofdkantoor en beantwoordt als eerste de algemene vragen (telefoon/mail), kortom je bent het visitekaartje van All Sport Group.

Verder ondersteun je bij events & vergaderingen. Ontzorgen en organiseren is dan ook wel jouw ding.

Informatie verzamelen en op een creatieve manier delen met de collega’s en de buitenwereld spreken je aan. Met continue oog voor detail en voor jouw omgeving, weet je overal proactief op in te spelen. Kortom, afwisseling troef.

Front office & Hospitality

  • Professioneel onthaal van bezoekers als eerste aanspreekpunt en gezicht van All Sport Group;
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt bij interne vragen ((buitenlandse)collega’s, warehouse);
  • Ondersteuning taken gebouw- en preventiebeheer;
  • Aannemen en verwerken van alle algemeen binnenkomende telefoons en mails;
  • Coördinatie van showroom en meeting ruimtes (reservaties, voorbereiden van de ruimtes, …);
  • Faciliteiten verzorgen bij events en vergaderingen (catering, hotels, transport, ontspanning, …);
  • Organiseren informele activiteiten met en voor collega’s;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor werking Bistro, Sportsbar & Rooftop Garden;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor interne communicatiekanalen (infoschermen, intranet, … );
  • Bestellen van kantoor of werkingsmaterialen;
  • Verantwoordelijk voor personeelsgeschenken vanuit All Sport;
  • Ondersteuning opstartprocedure ontvangst nieuwe collega’s;
  • Orderbeheer interne medewerkers;
  • Assisteren CEO/COO.

ERVARING & KENNIS

  • Klantvriendelijk en servicegericht;
  • Oog voor detail, stipt en punctueel;
  • Team-player die ook goed zelfstandig kan werken en plannen om beoogde deadlines te halen;
  • Enthousiast en flexibel;
  • Bachelor (niveau opleiding ondergeschikt aan niveau talenkennis in combinatie met niveau werkervaring);
  • Focus en accuraatheid zijn key competenties;
  • Heel goede kennis Nederlands en Engels. Zowel geschreven als mondeling;
  • Kennis van Frans, Spaans of Duits is een absoluut pluspunt;
  • Degelijke Kennis van Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
  • Affiniteit en passie voor sport.
