* Gemeinsam mit unserer Front Office Leitung sorgst du dafür, dass an der Rezeption alles rundläuft. * Du übernimmst Verantwortung und bist die erste Ansprechperson, wenn die Front Office Leitung nicht im Haus ist. * Du schaffst vom ersten Moment an echte Wohlfühlmomente - vom herzlichen Welcome bis zum unkomplizierten Check-out. * Du bist Gastgeber:in aus Leidenschaft und mittendrin statt nur dabei. * Du inspirierst, unterstützt und motivierst unser Front Office Team und gehst mit gutem Beispiel voran. * Du kümmerst dich um die Kommunikation mit unseren Gästen - professionell, herzlich und lösungsorientiert. * Du findest für jede Herausforderung die passende Lösung und machst aus Feedback echte Guest Experiences. * Du sorgst dafür, dass unsere Qualitäts- und Servicestandards jeden Tag gelebt werden. * Du arbeitest eng mit Housekeeping, F&B und allen operativen Teams zusammen - denn nur gemeinsam schaffen wir besondere Erlebnisse. * Du bringst Ideen ein, denkst Prozesse neu und entwickelst unser Front Office gemeinsam mit uns weiter.

DAS BRINGST DU MIT:

* Erfahrung im Front Office oder eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie/Tourismus. * Erste Erfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen Position ist ein Plus. * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse - jede weitere Sprache macht dich noch stärker. * Du übernimmst gerne Verantwortung und behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn es einmal lebhafter wird. * Du bist ein Teamplayer mit positiver Ausstrahlung und einer Hands-on-Mentalität. * Gastfreundschaft liegt dir im Blut und Service ist für dich mehr als nur ein Job. * Du denkst lösungsorientiert, arbeitest strukturiert und hast den Blick fürs Detail. * Du möchtest nicht einfach nur arbeiten - sondern gemeinsam mit einem motivierten Team unvergessliche Gästeerlebnisse schaffen.

Für diese Position, bei 40 Stunden und 5 Tage pro Woche bieten wir ein monatliches Bruttogehalt von € 2226,- gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für Hotel- und Gastgewerbe. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrungen ist eine marktübliche Überzahlung möglich.
