Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Front Office Supervisor (w/m/d) DEINE ROLLE

* Freundliche, zuvorkommende und kompetente Betreuung unserer Gäste vom Check-in bis zum Check-out

* Professioneller Check-in und Check-out mit unserer Hotelsoftware "PEP"

* Proaktive und zuvorkommende Beratung und Betreuung unserer anspruchsvollen Gäste bei unterschiedlichen Anliegen

* Führung und Motivation des Teams sowie Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter_innen

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs während der Schicht

* Umsetzung und Kontrolle der unternehmensinternen Qualitätsstandards

* Erste Ansprechperson bei der Entgegennahme von Gästefeedbacks und Gästewünschen / Beschwerdemanagement

* Interne Abrechnungen und täglicher Kassenabschluss

* Administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft

* Bearbeitung von Korrespondenz, telefonisch und per Email

* Gewissenhafte Bearbeitung von Rechnungen und Durchführung von Schicht-/ und Tage

DEINE STÄRKEN

* Abgeschlossene, hotelspezifische bzw. touristische Ausbildung und/oder mehrjährige Erfahrung im Front Office

* Gute EDV Kenntnisse - optimaler Weise mit der Hotel-Software PEP

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen um ihnen mit Rat und Tat zu Seite zu stehen - egal ob Mitarbeiter_innen oder Gäste

* Erfahrung im Bereich der Gäste- / Kundenbetreuung

* Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität und ein selbstbewusstes Auftreten

* Organisationstalent und lösungsorientierter Teamplayer mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Kommunikative und aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit herzlicher und positiver Ausstrahlung

* Einwandfreie Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, jede weitere Fremdsprache ist von Vorteil

Für die Position als Front Office Supervisor (m/w/d) gilt ein KV-Mindestgrundgehalt von € 2.263 brutto monatlich. Natürlich honorieren wir Berufserfahrung und Qualifikationen, sodass du mit einer entsprechenden Überzahlung dein Bruttogehalt auf € 2.500 erhöhen kannst.
