Diese Position richtet sich an kommunikative Persönlichkeiten, die bereits Erfahrung im Kund_innenkontakt haben und ihre Stärken in der Beratung einbringen möchten.

Ihre Aufgaben

* Empfang und aktive Betreuung unserer Kund_innen im Frontoffice

* Kompetente Beratung bei Versicherungsanliegen und erste Bedarfserhebung

* Unterstützung bei der Auswahl passender Versicherungslösungen

* Aufbau und Pflege langfristiger Kund_innenbeziehungen

* Eigenständige Bearbeitung von Kund_innenanfragen (persönlich, telefonisch, per E-Mail)

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Beratungsteam

Ihr Profil

* Erfahrung im Kund_innenkontakt und in der Beratung von Vorteil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung (idealerweise kaufmännisch)

* Offene, kommunikative und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit

* Freude an Beratung und aktiver Kund_innenbetreuung

* Gepflegtes Auftreten und sicheres Auftreten

* Verlässlichkeit, Genauigkeit und Teamfähigkeit

* Führerschein B
