Deze groeiende Belgische speler is gespecialiseerd in ERP-oplossingen en ondersteunt lokale kmo’s en middelgrote tot grotere organisaties bij hun digitale vernieuwing. Ze helpen klanten om hun werking slimmer, efficiënter en beter op elkaar afgestemd te maken.

Binnen het ERP-domein ligt de nadruk sterk op Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, waarbij implementaties en optimalisatietrajecten worden begeleid. Daarbij wordt telkens gezocht naar een juiste balans tussen standaardfunctionaliteiten, integraties en maatwerk waar dat nodig is. Je komt terecht in een hecht én sterk ervaren team met korte lijnen, veel kennisdeling en aandacht voor persoonlijke groei.

Jobomschrijving

In deze rol begeleid je klanten van begin tot eind bij de implementatie en verdere verfijning van Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, met een duidelijke focus op financiële processen.

Via workshops en gesprekken met finance managers en accountants breng je de huidige werking van de klant in kaart. Je analyseert processen zoals boekhouding, grootboek, aankoop- en verkoopfacturatie, btw, betalingen, financiële rapportering en afsluitingen, en vertaalt die naar efficiënte workflows binnen Business Central. Daarna configureer je de oplossing samen met je collega's en stem je eventuele integraties of maatwerk af met jouw developers. Je volgt testing en go-live van nabij op, geeft opleidingen aan eindgebruikers en zorgt ervoor dat klanten de oplossing ook na de implementatie correct en optimaal blijven gebruiken.

Daarnaast ben je een inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor de klant en kijk je verder dan de software alleen: je stelt bestaande processen kritisch in vraag en adviseert hoe jouw oplossing hun financiële en operationele flows eenvoudiger en doeltreffender kan maken.
