De opdracht is voor een inzamelings- en reinigingsbedrijf binnen een gemeente in Utrecht. Functie omschrijving Binnen de uitvoering van haar taken verwerkt de organisatie, een inzamelings- en reinigingsbedrijf, verschillende categorieën persoonsgegevens van onder andere inwoners, medewerkers, leveranciers en overige relaties. De organisatie hecht grote waarde aan een zorgvuldige, rechtmatige en transparante omgang met persoonsgegevens en werkt continu aan de verdere professionalisering van privacy, informatiebeveiliging en gegevensbescherming. Voor het onafhankelijk toezicht op de naleving van de privacywetgeving is de organisatie op zoek naar een ervaren Functionaris Gegevensbescherming (FG). De Functionaris Gegevensbescherming houdt onafhankelijk toezicht op de toepassing en naleving van de Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG), de Uitvoeringswet AVG (UAVG) en overige relevante wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van privacy en gegevensbescherming. De FG adviseert en ondersteunt bestuur, directie, management en medewerkers over privacyvraagstukken en draagt vanuit zijn of haar onafhankelijke toezichthoudende positie bij aan het verder versterken van privacy governance en gegevensbescherming. De Functionaris Gegevensbescherming voert onder andere de volgende werkzaamheden uit: - onafhankelijk toezien op de naleving van de AVG, UAVG en overige relevante privacywetgeving; - toezien op de naleving van het interne privacybeleid en de inrichting van privacygovernance; - gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseren van directie, management en medewerkers over privacy- en gegev...
