Ter versterking van ons domein Informatiemanagement zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren Functionaris Gegevensbescherming. We zoeken een gedreven professional die voor onze detacheringsprojecten: - onafhankelijk toeziet op de naleving van de AVG, UAVG en overige relevante privacywetgeving - toeziet op de naleving van het interne privacybeleid en de inrichting van privacygovernance binnen RMN - gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseert van directie, management en medewerkers over privacy- en gegevensbeschermingsvraagstukken - adviseert over en toeziet op de uitvoering van Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA's) - privacyrisico's beoordeelt bij nieuwe of gewijzigde processen, systemen, samenwerkingsverbanden en gegevensverwerkingen - adviseert over datalekken en toeziet op een zorgvuldige afhandeling en registratie daarvan - adviseert over verwerkersovereenkomsten, gegevensuitwisseling en afspraken met externe partijen - gevraagd en ongevraagd adviseert over privacyaspecten bij projecten, aanbestedingen en de implementatie of wijziging van informatiesystemen - bijdraagt aan bewustwording binnen de organisatie ten aanzien van privacy en gegevensbescherming - fungeert als onafhankelijk aanspreekpunt voor betrokkenen voor aangelegenheden die verband houden met de verwerking van hun persoonsgegevens - fungeert als contactpunt voor de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens en, waar nodig, samenwerkt en overlegt met de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens - relevante ontwikkelingen in wet- en regelgeving volgt en de gevolgen daarvan vertaalt naar adviezen voor RMN Welke talenten heb jij?
