Onze klant is een internationale bedrijvengroep met hoofdzetel in West-Vlaanderen en activiteiten in diverse marktsegmenten. De groep telt ongeveer 2.000 medewerkers verspreid over meerdere bedrijven in Europa en kent een sterke groei, zowel organisch als via overnames. Om deze groei verder te ondersteunen, wordt volop geïnvesteerd in digitalisering en innovatieve IT-oplossingen.

Binnen de groep lopen verschillende strategische IT-projecten, waaronder de verdere uitrol van Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, CRM-oplossingen, mobiele applicaties, rapportering en data-oplossingen. Ter versterking van het IT-team zijn we op zoek naar een Business/Functioneel Analist die vooral zal ingezet worden op de verdere implementatie en uitrol van hun nieuw ERP systeem.

Functie

Als Functioneel Analist ben je samen met jouw collega's het aanspreekpunt voor IT-gerelateerde functionele en procesmatige vragen vanuit de verschillende bedrijven binnen de groep. Je werkt over de verschillende business units heen, met een eerste focus op de medische activiteiten.

Je analyseert behoeften vanuit de business, vertaalt deze naar efficiënte software-oplossingen en staat in voor de organisatie, opvolging en implementatie van projecten en verbeterinitiatieven. Focus van projecten ligt op volgende processen: supply chain, aankoop, verkoop, productie.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verzamelen en analyseren van requirements bij de business en documenteren van bedrijfsprocessen in samenwerking met de business process owners.
  • Opstellen van functionele analyses en technische ontwerpen.
  • Voorbereiden, uitvoeren en begeleiden van functionele gebruikerstesten.
  • Mee implementeren en configureren van Microsoft Dynamics 365-oplossingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij het ontwerpen van documenten, rapporteringen en procesflows.
  • Begeleiden van eindgebruikers tijdens implementaties en go-lives.
  • Geven van workshops, opleidingen en ondersteuning aan gebruikers.
  • Coördineren van masterdata migraties en transformaties.
  • Opstellen en onderhouden van documentatie en procedures.
  • Nauw samenwerken met interne stakeholders, externe partners en het IT-team.
  • Rapporteren aan de Application Manager.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken passie voor IT, processen en data.
  • Je beschikt over 2 tot 15 jaar professionele ervaring, bij voorkeur binnen procesanalyse, business analyse, functionele analyse of software-implementaties.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je combineert een sterke analytische mindset met interesse in bedrijfsprocessen en technologie.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en beweegt je vlot tussen management, key users en operationele medewerkers.
  • Kennis van Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen must. De firma kan je een opleiding aanbieden over deze applicatie. Profielen met kennis van een ander ERP systeem zoals Odoo, SAP, Oracle,… zijn zeker welkom. Ook profielen die uit een operationele rol komen en daarin bedrijfsprocessen geanalyseerd hebben zijn welkom. De technische zaken worden je wel aangeleerd.
  • Bereid zijn om naast het uitwerken van analyses en het begeleiden van de implementatieprojecten ook configuratie werk te doen (dit kan worden aangeleerd, maar je moet wel bereid zijn om dit aan te leren).
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Engels. Kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
  • Je bent bereid sporadisch te reizen naar vestigingen in binnen- en buitenland.
