Jouw takenpakket:

  • Analyseren en optimaliseren van bestaande bedrijfsprocessen binnen onder meer finance, operations, logistiek en administratie
  • Organiseren van workshops en interviews met key users en procesverantwoordelijken
  • Vertalen van business requirements naar functionele specificaties voor D365 F&O en interne applicaties
  • Coördineren en opvolgen van change requests, ontwikkelingen en integraties
  • Opstellen en uitvoeren van testscenario's en UAT in samenwerking met eindgebruikers
  • Documenteren van processen, datastromen en functionaliteiten
  • Bewaken van de datakwaliteit en actief bijdragen aan verdere digitalisering en automatisatie
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt voor vragen rond de ERP-omgeving en interne systemen
  • Meedenken over verbeteringen en opportuniteiten die de business efficiënter en performanter maken
  • Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring als Functioneel Analist, Business Analyst of in een gelijkaardige functie
  • Ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is een sterke troef
  • Affiniteit met administratieve processen en interne softwareontwikkeling
  • Sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden
  • Je kan processen helder documenteren en behoeften vertalen naar concrete requirements
  • Ervaring met Agile, Scrum of hybride projectmethodologieën
  • Je communiceert vlot met zowel technische teams als business stakeholders
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, nauwkeurig en zelfstandig
  • Je kan prioriteiten stellen en behoudt ook bij verschillende projecten het overzicht
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig en hebt een sterke interesse in systemen, data en procesoptimalisatie
  • Je neemt graag initiatief en denkt mee als echte partner van de business
