Krijg jij energie van het verbeteren van processen en van technologie die echt een verschil maakt? Als Functioneel Analist Operations vorm je de brug tussen de business en IT en zorg je ervoor dat digitale oplossingen perfect aansluiten bij de noden van productie, planning en kwaliteit.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je analyseert bedrijfsprocessen binnen productie, planning en kwaliteit en vertaalt businessnoden naar duidelijke functionele vereisten.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met stakeholders, business analisten en ontwikkelaars om IT-oplossingen te ontwikkelen en optimaliseren.
  • Je begeleidt verbeterprojecten, neemt deel aan workshops, sprintplanningen en stakeholdermeetings en bewaakt de voortgang.
  • Je valideert oplossingen via testing, feedback en data-analyse en zorgt ervoor dat applicaties effectief waarde opleveren.
  • Je monitort de werking van applicaties en identificeert continu nieuwe mogelijkheden voor procesoptimalisatie en digitalisering.

Waar ga je werken? Onze klant is actief in een internationale productieomgeving en zet sterk in op digitalisering, automatisatie en duurzame innovatie. Vanuit de regio Brugge wordt continu gewerkt aan het optimaliseren van processen en het ontwikkelen van slimme digitale oplossingen die de organisatie efficiënter en toekomstgericht maken.

  • Je hebt een bachelor in IT, bedrijfskunde of een gelijkaardige richting.
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring als Functioneel Analist, bij voorkeur binnen een SAP-omgeving.
  • Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of internationale organisatie is een sterke troef.
  • Je bent analytisch, communicatief sterk en voelt je comfortabel als schakel tussen business en IT.
  • Je hebt ervaring met Agile/Scrum en spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels; Frans is mooi meegenomen.
