Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken we een Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder die de menselijke vertaalmachine wordt tussen drie partijen die normaal gesproken volledig langs elkaar heen praten: gebruikers, processen en applicaties. Jij bent de diplomaat, de detective én de gids in één. Waar je terechtkomt Een open, informele en ambitieuze organisatie in de regio Gouda met ongeveer 130 medewerkers, die oprecht veel investeert in het welzijn en de ontwikkeling van haar mensen. Het team Je landt in het team Bedrijfsapplicaties, onderdeel van een ICT-team van 8 dappere zielen (3 bij Service Support & Kantoorautomatisering, 5 bij Bedrijfsapplicaties), aangestuurd door de IT Manager. Het applicatielandschap is - eerlijk is eerlijk - een complex bouwwerk van koppelingen, integraties en applicaties voor detachering, werving & selectie, duurzame inzetbaarheid en financiën. Je werkt vanuit een T-shaped profiel: diep waar het moet, breed waar het kan. (De T is geen typefout, het is een werkfilosofie.))
