Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder ONS Arnhem Korian Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder ONS Arnhem - Jouw functie Als functioneel applicatiebeheerder is ONS Nedap voor jou vertrouwd terrein. Je zorgt ervoor dat het elektronisch cliëntendossier goed werkt en aansluit bij de dagelijkse praktijk van onze medewerkers. Je ondersteunt gebruikers, analyseert incidenten en vertaalt wensen en behoeften naar praktische verbeteringen. Je werkt samen met gebruikers, key-users, leveranciers, IT en de business. Daarbij houd je overzicht over de processen en kijk je verder dan alleen de technische oplossing. Je draagt actief bij aan de doorontwikkeling van de applicatie en begeleidt wijzigingen en nieuwe releases. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Beheren, testen en configureren van ONS Nedap en bijbehorende functionaliteiten - Ondersteunen van gebruikers en coördineren van meldingen en incidenten - Maken en actualiseren van functionele ontwerpen, handleidingen en werkinstructies - Coördineren en uitvoeren van acceptatietesten bij wijzigingen en nieuwe releases - Beheren van autorisaties en aandacht houden voor gegevensbescherming, beveiliging en compliance - Bewaken van koppelingen en integraties en doen van verbetervoorstellen - Deelnemen aan projecten en bijdragen aan de verdere ontwikkeling van applicaties en werkprocessen - Afstemmen met en coördineren van werkzaamheden van leveranciers Over Korian Korian is één van de grootste en meest vooruitstrevende organisaties voor zorg, welzijn en ondersteuning van ouderen in Europa.
