Als Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder ERP werk je aan procesverbetering, implementaties en een stabiele ERP-omgeving met directe impact op de dagelijkse bedrijfsvoering. Wat ga je doen? Voor onze opdrachtgever zoeken we een Functioneel Applicatiebeheerder ERP die de brug slaat tussen gebruikers, bedrijfsprocessen en IT. Je beheert en optimaliseert de ERP-omgeving en zorgt ervoor dat collega's efficiënt kunnen werken. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met key-users, consultants en internationale vestigingen om processen verder te standaardiseren en te verbeteren. Je draagt bij aan de verdere uitrol van het ERP-systeem binnen een internationale organisatie. Naast het dagelijkse beheer werk je mee aan implementaties, procesverbeteringen, testen en trainingen. Je ziet kansen om processen slimmer in te richten en vertaalt gebruikersbehoeften naar praktische oplossingen. - Functioneel beheren, ondersteunen en verbeteren van de ERP-omgeving; - Analyseren van gebruikersvragen en vertalen naar passende oplossingen; - Testen, configureren en documenteren van systeemwijzigingen; - Begeleiden van key-users en eindgebruikers bij nieuwe processen; - Ondersteunen van internationale ERP-implementaties; - Signaleren van procesverbeteringen en optimaliseren van werkwijzen; - Bewaken en verbeteren van de kwaliteit van bedrijfsdata; - Meedenken over rapportages en stuurinformatie; - Samenwerken met collega's binnen productie, logistiek, finance, sales en IT; - Afstemmen met externe consultants en implementatiepartners.
