Jouw rol als Functioneel Beheerder Als Functioneel Beheerder bij SolutionNow werk je aan het optimaal functioneren van IT-systemen en applicaties binnen verschillende overheidsinstanties. Je zorgt ervoor dat deze systemen voldoen aan wet- en regelgeving en aansluiten op de behoeften van de organisatie. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers, faciliteert procesoptimalisatie en draagt bij aan digitale innovatie binnen de publieke sector. In een werkomgeving waar innovatie en samenwerking centraal staan, voel jij je op je best. Wat breng jij mee? - Een afgeronde HBO/WO opleiding met een sterk ICT-component. - Minimaal 3 jaar relevant werkervaring, bij voorkeur in een dienst van overheidsinstanties. - Kennis van ITIL, BiSL, Agile en Scrum-methodieken is een pré. - Ervaring met procesanalyse en modellering (BPMN, UML, Use Cases). - Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands. - Analytische vaardigheden om bruggen te slaan tussen IT en overheidsorganisaties. - Een proactieve en probleemoplossende mindset met affiniteit voor de publieke sector.
