Solliciteer tot en met 8 november 2026 Functioneel Beheerder Burgerzaken Informatiebeheer Zorg als Functioneel Beheerder Burgerzaken voor betrouwbare applicaties en moderne dienstverlening aan inwoners van Den Haag. Wat ga je doen? Als Functioneel Beheerder binnen MDT (Multidisciplinair Team) Burgerzaken ben je de schakel tussen gebruikers, leveranciers en informatievoorziening. Je zorgt ervoor dat de applicaties, hardwarevoorzieningen en werkplekomgevingen binnen Burgerzaken goed blijven aansluiten op de behoeften van de organisatie en de inwoners van Den Haag. Je ondersteunt gebruikers bij complexe functionele vraagstukken, analyseert verstoringen en zorgt voor structurele verbeteringen. Ook coördineer je de invoering van nieuwe apparatuur en voorzieningen. De rol van functioneel beheer verandert. Waar beheer vroeger vooral gericht was op techniek en applicaties, ligt de nadruk nu steeds meer op SaaS-dienstverlening, regievoering, impactanalyses en het begeleiden van veranderingen. Je overziet welke gevolgen wijzigingen hebben voor processen, gebruikers, privacy, informatiebeveiliging en dienstverlening. Daarbij voer je regie op externe leveranciers, stel je testscripts op, voer je acceptatietesten uit en werk je binnen Agile- en Scrum-teams mee aan continue verbetering. Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: · het beheren en verbeteren van applicaties, hardwarevoorzieningen en werkplekomgevingen; · het adviseren van de organisatie over het gebruik, beheer en de doorontwikkeling van applicaties en voorzieningen; · het voeren van regie op SaaS-dienstverleners, externe leveranciers en de kwaliteit van hun dienstverlening; · het analyseren en oplossen van verstoringen en het beoordelen van de impact van wijzigingen op processen, gebruikers en bedrijfsvoering; · het begeleiden van implementaties, nieuwe functionaliteiten en releases, met aandacht voor privacy-, security- en compliance-eisen zoals BIO, NIS en ISMS.
