Jij bent altijd de eerste naar wie wij kijken bij het binnenkomen van een nieuwe vacature wat betekent dat jij 1 streepje voor staat. Wat je gaat doen: Als Functioneel Beheerder ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vertalen van gebruikerswensen naar IT-oplossingen, het onderhouden van systemen en het bieden van ondersteuning aan gebruikers. Je identificeert, registreert en lost IT-problemen op met behulp van zowel je technische expertise als je communicatieve vaardigheden. Je bent betrokken bij het installeren, configureren en up-to-date houden van hardware- en softwarecomponenten. Hoe de sollicitatieprocedure verloopt: Zodra je solliciteert, word je opgenomen in onze talentenpool. Wanneer er een passende vacature beschikbaar komt, nemen wij direct contact met je op om de vacature met jou te bespreken. WAT WIJ VRAGEN - Minimaal mbo4 werk- en denkniveau; in de richting van IT; - Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als functioneel beheerder in werk; - Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; - Je bent leergierig, gedreven en klaar voor de volgende stap.
