Je ziet kansen, haalt behoeften op en zet deze om in concrete verbeteringen. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om initiatief te nemen en onze personeels- en salarisapplicaties verder te ontwikkelen. Jouw werk Als functioneel beheerder zorg je dat onze personeels- en salarisapplicaties aansluiten op wat 2.300 gebruikers nodig hebben. Je beheert en ontwikkelt Youforce, HR Core Beaufort en bijbehorende applicaties. Je haalt actief behoeften op bij HR, personeels- en salarisadministratie en andere gebruikers en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteringen. Zie je zelf een kans? Dan zet je die op de agenda en neem je collega's mee in jouw voorstel. Zo werk je bijvoorbeeld aan de invoering van een nieuwe module of een slimmer digitaal proces. Je volgt ontwikkelingen binnen de software en nieuwe HR wet- en regelgeving. Samen met collega's zorg je dat ideeën niet op de plank blijven liggen, maar ook echt worden uitgevoerd. Over jou Je wacht niet af tot iemand met een opdracht naar je toe komt. Je zoekt collega's op, stelt vragen en ontdekt wat er echt nodig is. Vervolgens vorm je een duidelijk advies en weet je anderen daarin mee te nemen. Je durft een onderwerp op de agenda te zetten en jouw visie te delen, ook als belangen verschillen. Tegelijk houd je oog voor wat haalbaar is. Je krijgt energie van pionieren: kansen zien, mensen verbinden en samen zorgen dat een goed idee werkelijkheid wordt. Jouw ervaring Je beschikt over: - Hbo werk- en denkniveau; - ervaring als functioneel beheerder; - kennis van Youforce en HR Core Beaufort.
