Den Haag groeit, verandert en ontwikkelt zich iedere dag. Nieuwe woonwijken, gebiedsontwikkelingen, vastgoedprojecten en de uitvoering van de Omgevingswet vragen om betrouwbare informatie en slimme digitale ondersteuning. Als Functioneel Beheerder Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling (RO) bij het multidisciplinair team (MDT) RO speel jij daarin een belangrijke rol. Jij zorgt ervoor dat collega's kunnen vertrouwen op de applicaties waarmee zij dagelijks werken aan de ontwikkeling van de stad. Je bent de verbindende schakel tussen gebruikers, processen, informatievoorziening en ICT. Je begrijpt wat de organisatie nodig heeft en vertaalt dit naar praktische oplossingen die echt werken. Of je nu een ervaren functioneel beheerder bent of een professional die zich verder wil ontwikkelen binnen het vakgebied: als jij graag samenwerkt, analytisch sterk bent en energie krijgt van verbeteren en vernieuwen, dan maken wij graag kennis met je. Wat ga je doen? Als Functioneel Beheerder maak je onderdeel uit van het MDT RO binnen het fysiek domein. Samen met gebruikers, productowner, informatieadviseurs, architecten, leveranciers en andere beheerders werk je aan een optimale informatievoorziening voor Ruimtelijke Ontwikkeling. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Beheren, onderhouden en doorontwikkelen van bedrijfskritische applicaties; - Ondersteunen van gebruikers en beantwoorden van functionele vragen; - Analyseren en oplossen van incidenten en knelpunten; - Vertalen van gebruikerswensen naar functionele oplossingen; - Testen, accepteren en implementeren van nieuwe functionaliteiten en releases; - Coördineren van wijzigingen en afstemmen met leveranciers; - Beheren van autorisaties en bewaken van data...
