Wat ga je doen?

Als Functional Consultant sla je de brug tussen de wensen van de klant en de technische mogelijkheden van het Microsoft-ecosysteem. Je bent geen pure developer, maar stroopt wel graag de mouwen op om hands-on mee te bouwen.

  • Behoefteanalyse & Advies: Je duikt in de bedrijfsprocessen van kmo's, analyseert hun noden en adviseert over best practices binnen Microsoft 365.
  • Functioneel Ontwerp: Je werkt doordachte oplossingen uit rond SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams en informatiestromen (documentbeheer, metadata, sitestructuren).
  • Low-code Oplossingen: Je bouwt en configureert slimme automatisaties en applicaties met het Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
  • Klantbegeleiding: Je leidt interactieve workshops, bent het vaste aanspreekpunt tijdens projecten en begeleidt eindgebruikers in hun digitale evolutie.
  • Projectopvolging & Kwaliteit: Je bewaakt de scope en planning, stemt af met stakeholders en werkt nauw samen met technische collega’s voor een vlekkeloze oplevering.

Wie ben jij?

  • Ervaring: Je hebt zo’n 5 jaar ervaring op de teller als Functional Consultant, Business Analyst of in een vergelijkbare M365-rol.
  • M365-Expertise: Je hebt een grondige kennis van SharePoint Online, Teams en het Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Procesmatig & Hands-on: Je begrijpt hoe bedrijven functioneren, denkt analytisch en hebt genoeg technische feeling om zelfstandig configuraties uit te voeren.
  • Communicatief & Oplossingsgericht: Je communiceert helder en professioneel in het Nederlands, durft ownership te nemen en houdt van menselijk contact.
  • Mindset: Een IT-bachelor is een mooie plus, maar jouw drive, pragmatische aanpak en leergierigheid wegen voor ons zwaarder.
