The posting

Voor een bedrijf actief over gans België zijn we op zoek naar een Future Storemanager.

Het bedrijf is gespecialiseerd in elektro, multimedia, huishoudtoestellen, IT en telefonie.

Voor een toekomstige winkel in de regio Oost-Vlaanderen zoeken we een Future Store Manager. Je stapt in een praktijkgericht opleidingstraject van 1 tot 2 jaar, waarin je wordt klaargestoomd om de volledige taken van een winkeldirecteur uit te voeren, ook als de winkel nog moet openen.

Opleiding en begeleiding:

Het opleidingstraject omvat onder andere:

  • Startopleiding in Frankrijk om onze cultuur en werkwijze te leren kennen
  • Verdere opleiding en integratie binnen het Belgische winkelnetwerk
  • Begeleiding door een mentor en ervaren Store Managers
  • Regelmatige evaluaties op basis van duidelijke criteria

Zo ben je volledig voorbereid om alle taken van een winkeldirecteur zelfstandig uit te voeren zodra de winkel opent.

Jouw rol:

Tijdens het opleidingstraject ben je actief op de winkelvloer en voer je taken van een winkeldirecteur uit:

  • Dagelijks beheer van de winkel
  • Aansturen, coachen en ontwikkelen van je team
  • Opvolgen en analyseren van verkoopcijfers en resultaten
  • Stockbeheer en logistieke processen
  • Lokale organisatie en communicatie

Je ondersteunt tijdelijk andere winkels bij afwezigheden of nieuwe openingen, zodat je ervaring opdoet in verschillende situaties.
