Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben:

* Du übernimmst die persönliche Beratung und Betreuung unserer bestehenden Kunden im Non-Food-Bereich * Du vertreibst aktiv unser Non-Food-Produktsortiment sowie unsere zielgruppenorientierten Dienstleistungen * Die aktive und systematische Akquise von Neukunden aus Hotellerie und Gastronomie im Rahmen interner Vorgaben steht im Fokus deiner Tätigkeit * Du unterstützt unser Kundenmanagement im Außendienst sowie die Non-Food-Abteilungsleiter/innen im Großmarkt * Du bist bei Trends im Gastro-Non-Food-Bereich immer vorne mit dabei * Dein ausgeprägter Vertriebsinstinkt sowie die kontinuierliche Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung ermöglichen dir, Potenziale und Chancen frühzeitig zu erkennen und gezielt in messbare Erfolge umzuwandeln * Du passt Verträge an die Bedürfnisse deiner Kunden an und unterstützt so deren Umsatzentwicklung innerhalb deines Entscheidungsrahmens

Deine Qualifikationen

* Du hast eine abgeschlossene gastronomische und/oder kaufmännische Ausbildung und möchtest deine Erfahrung in einer verantwortungsvollen Position einbringen * Idealerweise bringst du einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Außendienst mit, vorzugsweise in der Gastronomie oder Lebensmittelbranche * Du bist ein kommunikativer und dynamischer Netzwerker mit einer empathischen, beziehungsstarken Persönlichkeit sowie einem überzeugenden und wortgewandten Auftreten * Markt- und Kundenorientierung prägen dein Denken und Handeln - Verhandlungsgeschick, Abschlussstärke und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus * Du hast Freude an anspruchsvollen Kundengesprächen und gewinnst neue Kunden mit deiner Begeisterungsfähigkeit, deinem Gespür für Menschen und deinem Verkaufstalent * Du überzeugst mit exzellenten Fach- und Warenkenntnissen im Non-Food-Bereich * Erfahrungen mit Großküchentechnik sind ein Plus * Du beherrschst Deutsch sehr gut, weitere Fremdsprachen sind willkommen * Der sichere Umgang mit MS Office ist für dich selbstverständlich, und du bringst eine Affinität für EDV-Programme mit

Dein Gehaltspaket:

Es ist uns wichtig, dass sich dein Gehalt an deinen Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen orientiert. Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position beträgt € 3.000,- brutto pro Monat auf Vollzeitbasis. Gerne klären wir das gemeinsam im persönlichen Gespräch. Ein Firmen-PKW mit der Möglichkeit zur privaten Nutzung zählt auch zu deinem Gehaltspaket.
