Für unseren Kunden suchen wir für den Standort Wildermieming ab sofort in Vollzeit einen Gebäude- und Anlagentechniker (m, w, d) - Wildermieming . 1 Gebäude- und Anlagentechniker (m, w, d) - Wildermieming Was du tun wirst:

* Betreuung, Überwachung und der technischen Gebäude- und Versorgungsanlagen (Heizung, Klima, Lüftung, Kälte, Sanitär, Druckluft, Gas sowie Gebäudeleit- und Sicherheitstechnik)

* Organisation und Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reparatur- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten

* Analyse und Behebung von Störungen sowie Bearbeitung technischer Meldungen und Durchführung von Vor-Ort-Einsätzen - rasche Anfahrt bei Störungen also Bereitschaft mit Entlohnung

* Unterstützung bei Umbau-, Erweiterungs- und Infrastrukturprojekten sowie Koordination externer Dienstleister

* Pflege und Dokumentation technischer Unterlagen sowie Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Funktionskontrollen

* Mitarbeit bei der Sicherstellung eines störungsfreien und effizienten Betriebs der gesamten Gebäudetechnik und technischen Anlagen

Was du mitbringst:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im elektrotechnischen Bereich

* Erfahrung in der Gebäude- und Anlagentechnik von Vorteil

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

* Bereitschaft zu fallweisen Einsätzen außerhalb der üblichen Arbeitszeit
