IHRE AUFGABEN

- Analyse, Bearbeitung und Behebung von Störungen an GLT-Systemen

- Durchführung von Umprogrammierungen, Anpassungen und Optimierungen an Gebäudeleitsystemen

- Unterstützung bei der Überwachung und Optimierung technischer Anlagen

- Telefonischer und schriftlicher Support für Kunden und Servicetechniker

- Dokumentation von Störungen, durchgeführten Maßnahmen und Lösungen

- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Fachabteilungen und externen Partnern

IHR PROFIL

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise in den Bereichen Elektrotechnik, Automatisierungstechnik, Gebäudetechnik, MSR-Technik oder vergleichbar

- Erste Erfahrung im technischen Support, Helpdesk, in der Gebäudeleittechnik oder Servicetechnik von Vorteil

- Gutes technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an modernen GLT- und Automatisierungssysteme

- Freude an technischen Problemlösungen

- Kommunikationsstärke im telefonischen und schriftlichen Kontakt

- Solide Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
