Ihre Aufgabenstellung: * Steuerung, Überwachung und Koordination der elektrotechnischen Anlagen in unseren Betriebsstätten * Aktive Mitwirkung in der Planungs- und Umsetzungsphase neuer Infrastrukturprojekte (z.B. neues Lagergebäude, E-Ladeinfrastruktur, Mittelspannungsanlagen, etc.) * Schnittstelle zu externen Dienstleistern, Planern und Behörden - von der Beauftragung bis zur Abnahme * Projektleitung bei Sanierungs- oder Optimierungsprojekten * Optimierung der Energieverbräuche und Lastmanagement * Dokumentation technischer Abläufe, Prüfberichte und Anlagenzustände * Optimierung von Steuerungen in Eigenregie Projektverantwortlicher inkl. Erstellung Lastenhefte usw. (z.B. SPS, Gebäudeautomationssysteme) * Organisation, Vergabe und Kontrolle von Wartungs-, Prüf- und Serviceterminen * Überwachung sicherheitsrelevanter Systeme wie Notbeleuchtung, Brandmeldealarm, Energieverteilung, Notstrom- und Batteriesystemen * Technische Bewertung von Angeboten, Plänen und Konzepten sowie Begleitung von Bauarbeiten * Vorausschauendes Störungs- und Risikomanagement zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Gebäudebetriebs * Mitarbeit an der Optimierung unserer Facility-Prozesse und Energieeffizienz * Kontrolle der Lieferanten- und Planerdokumentationen

Ihr Profil: * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Mechatronik (Fachschule oder HTL) * Erfahrung im Facility-Management, in der technischen Betriebsführung oder in Bau-/Infrastrukturprojekten * Wünschenswert wären fundierte Kenntnisse in der Programmierung von Steuerungen (z.B. SPS, MSR-Technik, Gebäudeautomation) * Freude an der Koordination, Steuerung und technischer Planung * Lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise * Sichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
