Jaarlijks worden 30.000 patiënten met een acute zorgvraag gezien. Efficiënt en snel samenwerken is bij het bieden van zorg op de SEH van levensbelang. We zijn voortdurend in beweging, streven naar efficiëntie en werken als een hecht team waar professionaliteit, openheid en enthousiasme hoog in het vaandel staan. Als SEH verpleegkundige ben jij een cruciale schakel op onze afdeling. Met jouw erkende SEH diploma ben je als een vis in het water in deze uitdagende setting. Jouw expertise en praktijkervaring zijn voor ons onmisbaar. Triage volgens het Nederlandse triage systeem (NTS) en het soepel laten verlopen van patiëntdoorstroom zijn voor jouw dagelijkse kost, zelfs tijdens piekmomenten. Jouw kracht ligt in jouw vermogen om zelfstandig te handelen, vooral in acute situaties met meerdere patiënten. Flexibiliteit en uitstekende sociale vaardigheden zijn jou dan ook op het lijf geschreven. Het begeleiden van patiënten en hun families zie jij als een prioriteit. Jouw positieve instelling en respectvolle aanpak maken hierbij echt het verschil. Bij ZGT is continue groei vanzelfsprekend.
