28 uur per week, max. € 6.422 (Schaal 11) Samenvatting Als gedragswetenschapper binnen het Sociaal Team lever jij een belangrijke bijdrage aan het versterken van de veerkracht van gezinnen en het beperken van de instroom naar de zware zorg. Jij bent de inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor collega's in het sociaal team, voor zowel de collega's die beschikkingsvragen oppakken en regie voeren op complexe casuïstiek tot onze procesregisseurs zorg & veiligheid. Met jouw expertise op het gebied van gedrag, veiligheid en gezinsdynamiek ondersteun je professionals in hun kernbeslissingen. Je ondersteunt hen tevens vanuit de denk- en werkwijze van de doorbraakmethode, positieve gezondheid en de proeftuin Toekomstscenario Jeugd- en Gezinsbescherming. Daarnaast onderzoek en adviseer je hoe de verklarende analyse een vaste plek kan krijgen binnen het team. Hou jij van dynamiek, afwisseling en samenwerken? Dan is dit jouw kans om het verschil te maken voor gezinnen in onze gemeenten. Bij de ABG-organisatie doe je betekenisvol werk in een kleurrijke, inspirerende en uitdagende omgeving. Je doet het voor de bewoners van niet minder dan drie gemeenten: Alphen-Chaam, Baarle-Nassau en Gilze en Rijen. Het werken voor drie gemeenten biedt veel kansen én uitdagingen. Iedereen die je nodig hebt is bereikbaar en benaderbaar en dat verwachten we ook van jou. Binnen de ABG-organisatie nodigen we je uit om mee te denken, je verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en af en toe een tikkeltje eigenwijs te zijn. Helemaal jouw werk! Als gedragswetenschapper binnen het Sociaal Team ben jij de inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor onze casusregisseurs binnen het sociaal team en onze procesregisseurs zorg & veiligheid. Je combineert jouw deskundigheid met een coachende, adviserende rol en helpt professionals om de juiste kernbeslissingen te nemen rondom veiligheid, zorg en begeleiding.
