Gedragswetenschapper Noord-, Midden- en Zuid-Limburg 28-36 uur per week Maak impact als Gedragswetenschapper Bij BJZ Limburg krijg je de kans om écht van betekenis te zijn voor kinderen, jongeren en gezinnen. Met jouw deskundigheid ondersteun je collega's, denk je mee over complexe vraagstukken en draag je bij aan een veilige en kansrijke toekomst voor jeugdigen. Wat je gaat doen Als gedragswetenschapper bij Bureau Jeugdzorg Limburg ondersteun je Jeugdzorgwerkers bij het nemen van (kern)beslissingen in multidisciplinair overleg, zoals het verzoek tot verlengen danwel beëindigen van een ondertoezichtstelling, in te zetten hulpverlening, uit-/opbouwen van omgangsregelingen, maar ook het overwegen van verzoek tot een uithuisplaatsing. Je hebt hierbij een analyserende houding. Daarnaast ondersteun, coach en adviseer je de jeugdzorgwerker, ook in de vorm van individuele werkbegeleiding. Positioneren en engageren zijn belangrijke vaardigheden voor een gedragswetenschapper. Samen met de Jeugdzorgwerker kijk je naar de opvoedingssituatie, waarbij jouw expertise op onder andere het gebied van opvoed- en opgroeiproblematiek, gedragsproblematiek en hechtingsproblematiek goed van pas komt, evenals jouw kennis van risico- en protectieve factoren voor een veilige, gestructureerde en voorspelbare omgeving voor het kind. Je kijkt naar wat wél mogelijk is, en dat maakt het werk van een gedragswetenschapper heel erg mooi. Geen dag is hetzelfde, maar in grote lijnen komt het hierop neer: - Je ondersteunt de Jeugdzorgwerkers bij het op- en bijstellen van de lijn in de hulpverlening en de daarbij behorende rapportages. - Je adviseert Jeugdzorgwerkers bij het nemen van (kern)beslissingen in een multidisciplinair overleg. - Je ondersteunt de Jeugdzorgmedewerkers zowel individueel als in teamverband. - Je geeft vakinhoudelijke ondersteuning. - Je draagt bij aan methodiekontwikkeling, innovatie en evaluatie.
